Cleaning Management Services

Cleaning Management Services

Infection Control Cleaning Management (ICCM) values its relationships with Cleaning Companies who provide services to healthcare providers, both in the Public and Private sectors. We are actively seeking to strengthen our relationships with healthcare cleaning businesses and to therefore enable them to strengthen their business relationships with their existing and prospective clients.

We already have strong relationships with some of our clients in Primary Care & Social Care and offer in-house training and/or auditing with ATP testing.

If you are a Health Care Service Provider and would like some help in this area then contact us today.

The most effective way that we add value to your business model is by helping you ensure that your cleaning staff are properly trained and aware of the key issues in respect of Infection Control and cleaning and hygiene management. The needs of Health and Care providers to satisfy the cleanliness standards of the Care Quality Commission under ‘the 5 key lines of enquiry’ specifically ‘SAFE’. Cleanliness and Infection Control is becoming increasingly important and has been the subject of recent media coverage. The CQC will be auditing all Primary Care and Social Care premises over the next two years under their newly devised inspection model, which came into full effect in April 2015, this will provide even greater visibility where there are failings. The responsibility for ensuring these standards are met clearly remains with the management of the actual care provider. However, where they outsource their cleaning management, it is highly likely that they will increasingly look to the company providing these services for assurance that they truly understand the requirements and that their staff have been appropriately trained.

Infection Control Cleaning Management provide user-friendly but expert-led Infection Control Cleaning Training. All of our training staff are specialist infection prevention and control nurses and all have relevant infection control qualifications (ENB 329, Diploma / Degree in Infection Control) and relevant teaching qualifications. Where you already have contracts with healthcare providers, sending your staff on one of our courses will help provide real assurance to your clients that they are receiving a quality service and that the vital area of cleanliness and infection control is understood and appropriate methods and practices are in place. This is likely to both enhance and preserve your relationship with your existing clients and to also open up new opportunities.

ICCM also provide monitoring services which, through the use of ATP swabbing, provide an accurate understanding of how clean premises actually are. This demonstrates the effectiveness of cleaning services but also highlights areas for improvement, which demonstrates to your clients that you are completely open to scrutiny and your commitment to achieving excellence and protecting your clients interests in this vital area.

Through combining training and monitoring, you can really assist in improving cleaning standards in healthcare and grow your business.
